Warranty Details
The CLARO is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year under normal use. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and the device must have been purchased from an authorized retailer.
If the product should become defective during the warranty period, please contact CLRS Technology’s Customer Care department by telephone, email or in writing at the address listed below for repair or replacement. CLRS Technology Inc. reserves the right to replace the device with a similar or substantially similar device that is then available.
This warranty does not cover products damaged by:
•Abuse, misuse, alteration or accidental damage.
•Unauthorized servicing.
•Use with unauthorized accessories.
•Use with a battery other than one specifically designed for the unit.
•Any condition beyond the control of the manufacturer.
CLRS TECHNOLOGY INC. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE ONE (1) YEAR DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of express or implied warranties, or limitations on incidental or consequential damages so the above exclusion may not apply to you. In that event, such warranties are limited in duration to the warranty period. No warranties apply after that period.
CLARO devices sold outside of the United States of America are covered by the local distributor’s warranty and policies. Please see the separate warranty for your country.
